The new Maryland Construction Law Deskbook features a chapter on Maryland Occupational Safety and Health, which was co-authored by RSRM associate, Scott Massengill.
Mr. Massengill, who regularly litigates construction cases, stated that he was pleased to be included in the new book. "The book is intended to be a reference tool on the most commonly recurring areas and issues in the field of construction law," said Massengill.
