RSRM Welcomes Counsel Adam Sampson!


Mr. Sampson joined RSRM as Counsel in March 2020 after over two decades of prosecuting and defending a wide variety of matters involving complex civil litigation, white collar crimes, and government investigations.

As an Assistant Attorney General, Mr. Sampson worked on false claims act litigation against long term care facilities and pharmaceutical manufacturers. In private practice, he has also handled litigation matters including contractual disputes, business non-competition agreements, construction defects, professional liability, breach of fiduciary duty, premises liability, insurance coverage, transportation, and product liability cases involving catastrophic injury.

He graduated with a degree in Political Science from Loyola University, and received his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Upon graduation from law school with honors, Mr. Sampson served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable James T. Smith, Jr. in the Circuit Court of Maryland for Baltimore County.

Mr. Sampson has worked on numerous political campaigns and served by appointment on various government boards. He is a Past President of the Baltimore County Bar Association, the current Chairman of the Baltimore County Bar Foundation, Inc., and also a member of the Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission Peer Review Panel, the Defense Research Institute, and Maryland Defense Counsel.

His practice focuses on Transportation, Products Liability, Insurance Coverage, Insurance Defense, and General Litigation.
