RSRM Welcomes Of Counsel Henry Wegrocki!

Henry J. Wegrocki has been admitted to the Maryland bar since 1983 and has extensive experience in both criminal and civil litigation.  Throughout his career, he has handled a wide range of legal matters, including the defense of criminal and serious traffic offenses as well as the defense of DWI offenses.  He has handled workers’ compensation claims, personal injury, premise liability and automobile accident claims.

The majority of Mr. Wegrocki’s practice has been devoted to civil litigation in the District and Circuit Courts throughout the State of Maryland, where he has represented clients in contested matters from inception through trial and appeal. His decades of courtroom experience reflect a deep familiarity with Maryland procedure, evidentiary rules, and trial advocacy. 

Mr. Wegrocki is AV Preeminent rated according to the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings recognize lawyers for their strong legal ability and high ethical standards, and only 10% of all attorneys achieve this designation.

He is also an active member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Baltimore County Bar Association, and the Maryland Association for Justice. Mr. Wegrocki serves on the Board of Governors of the St. Thomas More Law Society and is a member of the following social clubs: The Loyal Order of Moose, The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, the Sons of the American Legion, and The Polish Home Club. He is also a member of the Six Napoleons of Baltimore, a Scion Society of the Baker Street Irregulars, a literary society devoted to the study of Sherlock Holmes and the works of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.

Outside the practice of law, Mr. Wegrocki enjoys reading, chess, tennis, and playing the piano and other keyboard instruments.
